TH 3400 – Briquette Press

Designed for the highest demands – the TH 3400 briquette press compacts materials such as wood, metal, paper or plastic to briquettes incorporating dimensions of 340 x 340 mm. The achievable throughput of up to 6000 is impressive. Thanks to newly designed cylinders and revised hydraulics, it is possible to press high density, rectangular briquettes. Two integrated cylinders with suction valve allow a faster press-stroke; A bigger, closed dust collection port enables the pressing of sufficiently large briquettes with high heating value (especially suited for wood gasifiers). Thanks to the significant volume reduction of the material, valuable storage space can be gained and transportation costs are minimized. The total weight of the TH 3400 briquette press is ca. 25 tons. The drive capacity of the hydraulic engine is 110 kW.
